A little about us.

South East Expo Is the primary event center for Pittsburg County and the city of McAlester.

Richard Bedford

A McAlester native - has worked for the county and city of McAlester for over 23 years as a law enforcement officer and the under sheriff. He was the owner and promoter for NCWO wrestling organization and started a local gym. Richard has a passion for God, family and making his community a better place . Richard has great ideas and work ethic - he wants to bring family events to McAlester and help people make lasting memories of southeast Oklahoma that are positive and fun.

About our Center

Our event center has a 50,000 sq. ft. heated and air conditioned Expo Hall arena.

We have a banquet hall that seats up to 1,300, along with a room that can seat up to 350, a large concession area and a kitchen all located downstairs.

There are three classrooms, the mezzanine that overlooks the Expo Hall, 3 small rooms that overlook the Banquet Hall and a kitchen all located upstairs.

The Southeast Expo Center has outdoor bathrooms, showers and electricity for RV parking, a large Amphitheater to meet any and all needs of events.

We are soon going to expand to build a street style drag raceway, dirt track for Mega Trucks, Monster side by side and mud bogs. We are looking at creating a trailer for off road bike riding and ATVs.

We have been one of the top places to host bunch of local events such as Italian Festival, Oktoberfest, Shriners Circus, Sam Wamplers Rodeo, Oklahoma Homestead Rendezvous, The Heart Of Oklahoma, Corvette Club indoor Corvette show, The Pit 8 tournament, The Pittsburg County Free Fair, Kids Free Fair.
